I've Sound Information

So, what and who is "I've"?

Also know as "I've sound", it is a group of people who make music, not just vocal but entire soundtracks for games, mainly for adult, bishoujo, H(etchi) games. But, the songs are great and even though I love I've songs, I have no interest in such games. They also made music for the anime "Onegai Teacher" that comes from a H game but isn't an adult anime.
Also, the song Wing my Way is the opening of a game called "
Farland Symphony" a non-adult game that has RPG elements. Other non-H game/anime that include I've Songs are Kanon and AIR's "all ages" versions. Some games also have edited, "all ages" versions as they've been ported to consoles, most for dreamcast, and recently for Playstation 2 by NEC Interchannel...
The first I've song I heard and made me like the group was Kanon's Opening Last Regrets and its remix version Last Regrets Xmas Floor Style which was used on a Card captor Sakura Anime Music Video made by
Onegai Studios.
Recently I've has been producing music that's not connected to games at all, like on the "dIRTYGiFT" Album.
They made their first live in 2005
Their style is something between Techno/Dance/Trance... I think ^_^.

There’s good information about them at Wikipedia now.

Group's History

The group started as a unit of Kazuya Takase and Yasutaka Ippoushi making compositions and song lyrics.
Originally these two people were active in Japan as club artists.
Afterwards, they worked in Canada, with unit names of "WORM WORLD" and "F.T.K" making mainly, euro beat songs. One song by "F.T.K" may be know for people who play Dance Dance Revolution, "If you were here" sung by Jennifer.
After that, they started making arrangements for adult games being credited as "I've". Thus, making them a pretty famous unit in those games industry.

Other Information

The base of "I've" is Sapporo, Hokkaido.
Originally, fans believed that I've stood for: "I Love, I Live, I Leave." But it turns out that I've comes from
愛撫 (aibu), the Japanese word for "caress", which traces back to their Eroge roots.
Besides the "I've Sound" logo
, in some recent CDs you can see the logo "I've Low Trance Assembly"
